Which platforms does it support?
Shopify orders, Razorpay settlements and Shiprocket COD remittance today. Cashfree and other couriers work if the columns are similar; message us if your export looks different.
Is my data safe?
The free tool runs fully in your browser and nothing is uploaded. For the paid plans you share the exports with us directly and we only use them for your reconciliation.
How is the fee overcharge calculated?
Your agreed gateway rate (2% by default, you can change it) plus 18% GST on the fee. Anything charged above that is flagged.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. You can run it on a phone, though dropping files and reading the full table is easier on a laptop.
